Vacation in paradise! This 1,600 sq. ft. three story beach home with its 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms is located steps from the beach and only a two minute walk from the bay. Enjoy the best of both worlds.
The first level features two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower. One of the bedrooms offers a bunk bed with twin over full as well as a twin bed. The other bedroom offers a queen bed and is attached to a wonderful private patio with beautiful gardening.
The second level (main level of the house) with its bright & light open floor plan features living room, dining area, kitchen and half bathroom.
The master suite with queen bed, attached bathroom with shower and private balcony is located on the third level of the house.
You will enjoy the luxury of three nice flat screen cable TVs and high speed internet. The home has brand-new furniture and finest appointments: fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors & designer finishes throughout. The stairs will have carpet (also brand new).
The house offers a garage that fits 2 economy cars.
Pack N Play, high chair, iron, iron board, hair dryers, fan in each room, window AC in Master suite, I-home radios in all bedrooms, linens, towels, boogie boards, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided for your convenience. Nice washer and dryer on site.
